Our multicultural and multifaith communities you are the heartbeat of Victoria’s diversity and the foundation of its strength.
Once in a year, all the multicultural communities and leaders, come together to celebrate.
I love the fact that an event like this, it just reminds us of the multicultural tapestry of Victorian community.
Community means everything to me. And with community comes connection and comes empathy and comes humanity.
So, I'm really excited to be a part of it and celebrate the best of Melbourne.
Coming to the Multicultural Gala Dinner is such a great celebration of Victorian community.
The fact that we've got so many people from different walks of life, different ethnic backgrounds, different cultural backgrounds together in one place, in this beautiful City of Melbourne is just a commitment to the fact that we are all enriched by diversity.
And I've had the best time this evening.
