A year of simple family food

Celebrate Cultural Diversity Week with Melbourne-based cook, author and teacher Julia Busuttil Nishimura.

Eating simply and seasonally is at the core of Julia's recipes which are inspired by her Maltese background, as well as by Japanese and Italian influences. Julia is strongly connected to culture and family.

Her previous book, 'Ostro: the pleasure that comes from slowing down and cooking with simple ingredients', was a delight for the senses. 'A Year of Simple Family Food' showcases delicious recipes you will want to share with your loved ones throughout the seasons.
